Important: ChangeDay is a reminder and history tool only. It does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency alerts. Always follow guidance from your clinician and any device manufacturer whose products you use.
By downloading, installing, or using ChangeDay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ChangeDay is a mobile application that lets you track recurring replacement reminders for two recurring items, log when each was last changed, see when each is next due, and optionally share that information with one other person through Apple's CloudKit Sharing.
ChangeDay is not a medical device, medical advice tool, or diagnostic tool. It does not measure, treat, or manage any medical condition. The reminders the App generates are informational only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on those reminders.
If you are using ChangeDay alongside any device or routine related to your health or another person's health, follow the instructions provided by that device's manufacturer and the guidance of qualified medical professionals. Never rely on ChangeDay reminders for any time-critical or safety-critical purpose.
You may use ChangeDay for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
ChangeDay relies on Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to sync data across your devices and to share data with people you explicitly invite. By using ChangeDay, you also agree to Apple's iCloud Terms. We do not operate any servers and do not receive your data.
Your data is stored in your own iCloud account and on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
ChangeDay is offered free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. We may change this in the future and will update these Terms accordingly.
ChangeDay and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Jonathan Hering and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The data you create within the App remains your property.
ChangeDay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, deliver notifications on time, or sync data within any specific time window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonathan Hering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed reminders, or any health-related outcome.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using ChangeDay at any time by deleting the App from your device. Local data is removed when you uninstall. iCloud data persists in your iCloud account until you delete it from your device's iCloud settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
